Although very much in a rural setting, Neatham is only a few minutes walk from the village of Holybourne which in turn is less than two miles from Alton.
Coming from Guildford, Farnham direction
- Take the last exit of the roundabout heading towards Alton.
- Take the first right, signposted Holybourne, Binsted.
- Go through village, past the White Hart pub on right, village shop and Post Office on left and carry on, under A31 and the railway and then a few yards further on, over the river.
- Immediately after the river, turn right up the 'no through' road signposted Neatham.
- Neatham Cottage entrance is on the left about one third of a mile up the lane, first cottage after the two rows of cottages. There is a gravel driveway.
If you reach Neatham Manor, Neatham Manor Farm or start going down a steepish hill, you have gone too far.
Coming from Winchester direction
Take first exit of roundabout and then follow from (2) above
Coming from Binsted direction
