Bed and Breakfast

Prices are for the room and include Self Service Continental Breakfast or Self Catering Cooked Breakfast.

• For two persons - £90 per night
• For single person - £65 per night
• Minimum two nights at weekends, ie. Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday
• Five consecutive nights or more, the above prices less 10%
• One child (up to 12 years old) in room (on 'Z' bed) - plus £25 per night

Self Catering

Prices are for the room and include self catering facilities

• Two persons - £75 per night
• One person  - £55 per night
• One week or more - please enquire

Booking Terms

1. A non refundable deposit of £25 is required within five days to secure a booking.  This may be waived at our discretion.
2. The cost of the first night less the £25 above is required not less than seven days before the first night.  This may be waived at our discretion.
3. Unless payment of 2. above have been waived by us, the booking is liable to be considered cancelled if payment is not received by the due date.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled, deposits paid are refunded in full only after the room has been re-let for the total period of the booking.
