Bed and Breakfast

Prices are for the room and include Self Service Continental Breakfast or Self Catering Cooked Breakfast.

• For two persons - £78 per night
• For single person - £59 per night
• Minimum two nights at weekends, ie. Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday
• Five consecutive nights or more, the above prices less 10%
• One child (up to 12 years old) in room (on 'Z' bed) - plus £24 per night
• Self catering for two persons - £65 per night
• Self catering for one person  - £50 per night
• Self catering, one week or more - please enquire

Booking Terms

1. A non refundable payment of £25 is required within five days to secure a booking.
2. The cost of the first night less the £25 above is required not less than seven days before the first night.
3. The booking is liable to be considered cancelled in the event of non payment of 2) above by the due date.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled, deposits paid are refunded in full only after the room has been re-let for the total period of the booking.
