The village of Holybourne, with a local shop, post office, pub and church is within a ten minute walk.  Alternatively, being beside a farm, and in the country, there are lots walks on the doorstep.

Your hosts

A warm, friendly and likely a rather noisy welcome awaits you if our two labs, Purdey and Puddle (and sometimes Puddle's daughter, Twiggy), have anything to do with it. Alastair, originally trained in hotel management,  organises and runs private catering events (with the added benefit of a 'burger' van!), whilst Liz reviews private school medical policies.  They have three children - Charlie (a girl) married to George both of whom live and work in London; Ben, web developer and programmer who currently  lives in the US; and J-J (girl) who lives in nearby Bentley and owns and runs two companies, Armada (yacht charters) and Tisan, which sells jewellery online and at fairs.
