From Holybourne Village heading east:-
- Heading towards Binsted with Alton behind you, drive right through the village, past the pub (White Hart) on the right, the post office on left and continue on passing under the A31 and railway. If you are relying on Sat Nav, ignore the instruction if it tells you to take a right turn half way through the village into Lower Neatham Mill Lane because, although this is our lane, you will come to a dead end and cannot access us by vehicle. You must continue through the village and on under the A31 and railway.
- 100 yards or so after the railway bridge, you will go over a little river (single file traffic). Immediately having gone over the river, turn right up the ‘no through’ road to Neatham. This is also Lower Neatham Mill Lane but the other end of it. Neatham Cottage is on the left after the two small rows of semi-detached cottages. If you are following Sat Nav you will likely go past us as it tends to take people round the sharpish corner and down the hill to the Mill house. If so, turn around, come back up the hill and we will then be the first cottage on the right.
- Entrance to our gravel drive is through an electrically operated five bar wooden gate. Enter the code given to you on the keypad on the post and the gate should open. Please keep back until the gate has fully opened as otherwise it will stop (safety feature!).
- Park by the Barn.
